07/06/00	Over the past several weeks, we have had a problem where some users where having trouble dialing in. During those few weeks we have also had a list of possible outside influences that would contribute to this: a couple of heavy storms, and a car accident at the intersection behind the office that tore down a telephone pole, and damaged others. After fighting with this problem, we have also found that there was an undocumented software feature that was enabled on our equipment. We have since disabled that, and all seems normal.
06/26/00	12:00pm Routing issues occurring out of Raleigh, Charlotte, and Rock Hill. Power and equipment failure. System should be restored within the next hour.
06/23/00	New medical article is posted
06/14/00	Power is disrupted due to a traffic incident. Backup Batteries hold.
06/14/00	Virtual1.net adds additional help information to site.
05/20/00	Virtual1.net implements new website due to the difficulties of the past site.
